Who We Are, & How We Operate

• The TRI-STATE MOPAR CLUB was established in 1998. 

• The TRI-STATE MOPAR CLUB is a non-profit organization.  Donations are made to local charity's annually.

• The TRI-STATE MOPAR CLUB is dedicated to the restoration, preservation, and enjoyment of all vehicles manufactured by Chrysler Corporation, regardless of age.

• Ownership of a Chrysler Corporation vehicle is not required for membership of the TRI-STATE MOPAR CLUB. 

• The TRI-STATE MOPAR CLUB is open for membership to all men, woman, and children, regardless of age.

• The TRI-STATE MOPAR CLUB has junior membership for children under the age of 17.  Junior membership is free of charge until the junior members 17th. birthday. 

• TRI-STATE MOPAR CLUB annual dues are $15.00 per member.  New members joining the Club after October 1st., shall remain in good Club standing for the following fiscal year.  Extended membership for two (2) years maximum is allowed with prepayment of annual dues for that period. 

• The election of TRI-STATE MOPAR CLUB Officer's for President, Vice President, and Secretary are held yearly during the December Annual Club Business Meeting.  Nominations for each office are proposed, followed immediately by an election, by majority vote of "ACTIVE" Club members present.  New Club Officer's take office on January 1st.  Officer's can be re-elected to the same office for one (1) concurrent term. 

• The office of Treasurer for the TRI-STATE MOPAR CLUB is an elected position that shall be held indefinitely until the elected Officer, or a Club majority recommends resignation, at which time nominations for replacement will be proposed, followed by an election, by majority vote of "ACTIVE" Club members present. 

• To maintain "ACTIVE" Club voting privileges, a Club member is required to attend a minimum of four (4) monthly meeting per year. 

• In order to take a vote, a voting quorum of ten (10) "ACTIVE" voting members, two (2) of which must be current Club Officer's, have to be present to conduct a vote. 

• All requests for Club spending in excess of $75.00 must be approved by a majority vote of "ACTIVE" voting members.
