Who is the Tri-State Mopar Club and what we are all about
The Tri-State Mopar Club is a non- profit local organization of classic car and truck owners. Established in 1998, the club's motto states that we are "Dedicated to the restoration, preservation, and enjoyment of all vehicles manufactured by the Chrysler Corporation.
We invite anyone who owns, has owned or would like to own any Chrysler product, new or old, to join. Whether you have a nice show car or a work in progress, or maybe just a back burner project vehicle waiting for your attention, all are welcome.
Although there are a strong number of muscle cars in the club, we encourage those folks who have non-mainstream Mopars to join as well. From the oldest Dodge Brothers touring car to the newest retro Challenger and everything in between, the more diversified the club becomes, the better. We are always looking for new members.
As the club's name implies, most come from the Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York areas and even Vermont and New Hampshire. Club activities center in the nearby town of Great Barrington, MA and include two summer shows with trophies awarded at each event.
Both are an "All Makes and Models Show" where all types of cars and trucks, Mopars and non-Mopars alike, are welcome. These annual events have been held at Bogies Steak and Ale restaurant in Great Barrington, located on U.S. Route 7, just 10 minutes north of Canaan, CT. See our events section for times and dates.
The ride up is scenic and pleasant, and the destination offers good food, drinks and lots of grass to park your show vehicles and lawn chairs on. Other local community cruise-ins are planned as well.
We look forward to seeing you.
